  1. Nice discussion. I can't wait to hear what you have to say on Hill House since I have that one ready to go for Halloween. :)

If you're looking for something to watch that's short, there's a 26 episode anime called Trigun that's on Netflix that I think you'd both enjoy. It's known to anime fans as part of the Space Western trilogy with Cowboy Bebop and Outlaw Star, only this one has more western elements and starts more as an action comedy before becoming more and more serious as it goes. I think of it as 'The Idiot' meets 'The Man With No Name' from the east.

I would definitely like to hear both of your thoughts on both Wolfwood and the ending. I'm sorry for giving yet another suggestion, but I have to return the favor somehow!

  2. I know I've heard of Trigun before, perhaps from you! :-) I love Cowboy Bebop and so Trigun sounds interesting, though I don't have Netflix though it looks as if our library does have Trigun Badlands Stumble and Trigun Toraigan available to borrow. I'll have to see where those fall in the chronology and maybe try them. :-)

  3. Oops, Trigun Badlands Rumble. I liked the "Stumble" name better ... sounded more amusing! :-D

  4. Oh yeah, the Trigun movie. They made that one years after the series and is sort of standalone but its still pretty good. It takes place during the series so it doesn't really contain any spoilers. Either way if you get to watch it, it should be a treat!
