  1. I have, after spending a long time working on catching up from the beginning, just listened to this podcast. Hooray, I am up to date. I don't know how long it will last, but I shall enjoy it while it does.

I want to tell you how very much I enjoy your podcasts. They get me thinking about things I've often not realised I need to think about, and as I listen I tend to mutter to myself as absorb what you are both saying. I often agree, I sometimes disagree, and other times I have to go away and think about it.

You've also introduced me to things I would never have tried - especially when you talk about American classics (I'm in New Zealand). For various reasons, I often don't have the time or energy actually to read or watch, but I learn about good books anyway, with the added bonus of that Catholic perspective. The only one I have actually gone and read so far is Declare which I would never have read (or even known about) without your podcast, and it was fascinating. My father will be getting a copy for his birthday, as I think he will find it equally fascinating.

I'm delighted to hear you'll be covering The Stand soon, as I'm currently reading it for the first time after hearing Luke's review of it on SFBRP. I was listening to the last two podcasts today while quilting a quilt and found myself thinking, "Have they done The Stand? I don't remember it and it would be a good one." And there, at the end, you announce it's coming up.

So thanks again for some great and thought-provoking podcasts. I've been planning to take a moment to let you know how much I enjoy them and never quite thought about it when I was in a place I could do so. Finally, I am. Keep up the good work. I'll be listening.
