I've read a lot of Vonnegut, but not this one. So now will have to remedy that.
ReplyDeleteI became a big Vonnegut fan in High School. My father had Slaughterhouse 5 in his library, so I started with that. And a friend of his also had a bunch of his novels, which I borrowed. Especially a fan of his early SF novels.
Plus love the whole Kilgore Trout thing. In a related manner, James Blaylock and friend Tim Power sometimes alluded to a fake poet named William Ashbless in their novels. Blaylock by the way if often credited with the first Steampunk novel.
